hey y'all!
i know some of you are preparing for your First Day back in school, and i just want to offer you some encouragement if you're feeling a little disappointed about having to go back to school.
Do remember that some of the most fun, enjoyable (not to mention hilarious) and most poignant things happen in school. sooner or later, most of us will be bogged down by school work and other things. just remember that the key in handling all these issues while keeping yourself sane and balanced is in maintaing good communication and relationships with your friends, family and God. make sure you have an outlet to destress, and someone to talk to. of course, it always helps to have an older one to guide you and help keep you in check. just remember that there's no problem too big or small for God to handle so, offer up your requests, thanksgivings, problems and everything else to God.
there's a quote that goes...
Don't tell God how big your problems are,
Tell your problems how big is your God.

here's wishing everyone a blessed year ahead. it's never a completely smooth road for anyone, because there's no way to learn from a perfect journey. may you continue to seek God in your lives, and rely on him in times of need. don't forget to offer up your thanks too! also, may you seek comfort and guidance through your friends in the Evangel Youth Fellowship as well as the messages and good fellowship that we will enjoy. may we all be beacons of light that reflect his example, wherever we are.
